I have had my pool/spa looked after for the last 6 years by Mike and I have never had one issue with him or the way he runs his business. The person who took care of my pool/spa prior to mike always padded my bill and sold me things I never needed. I was always s having problems until mike took over on the care and upkeep of my pool/spa. Not sure which mike they delt with but the one I deal with the owner is a stand up guy! more

I have heard nothing but bad things about these guys. I wouldn't use them if my life depended on it. A couple of things you should know. They also go by Cascade pools. The owner is Mike Geiger, his father is Ron and the brother is Greg. Greg has another company called Free Form pools. He and his brother work through this account as well. Unreliable, rip you off, don't return calls. They are the worst business men. I have left message after message all year and they never once called me back. They had my hot tub cover for 9 months, charged me money and the cover turned out to never have been repaired. Use ANYONE but them!!!!! more

Having originally purchased my spa from this company years ago, and having done business with them since, I paid in advance for a spa cover in mid March, directly to Mike Geiger. Unfortunately, his father is out of the business, now, and sadly, it seems the son has since run it down. He came out within 2 hours of my call, seemed nice enough, and took my pre-payment to order a spa cover. He also took one of my faulty spa jets to ""see if he could fix it"". I Received ""service"" from these people recently only to find out some awful information on Mr Geiger and this once credible business. I came in to get an estimate on my spa service I was whisked through the speech and pressured into a hefty and pricey list of needs for my estimate, I then was asked to write a deposit check for half the amount, $800 dollars. I was told someone would come out to fix my spa in a few days, no one came in over a week. I then found out that my deposit check had been cashed and when I came down to the store Mr Geiger was ""on a vacation"" I was promised a great repair in due time and was assured it was a mistake (the check being cashed that is) Pros: Nothing Cons: poor customer service and lies more

Geiger pools (AKA Cascade Pools) has a very poor better busines bureau rating and they are actually not allowed to do any service work on anything, nor are they allowed to build pools or be the sub-contractor. Be carefull of these guys. They have lost their CCB license and are not bonded or insured. I bought a spa from this company in about 1997 because I used to drive by their place on Macadam. I am only writing the review now because I see the two other negatives, and then there is a third complaint under Cascade Pools for Geiger. Still their rating remains at 4 stars. At the time, the father of the family who owned the business had turned it over to his grown children to run, and it was the same story as above: nobody answering the phone or returning calls, took forever for the spa to arrive, etc. The weird thing that happened was that I made my own electrical arrangements, a guy showed up, did the electrical, charged me $400 and then another electrical guy showed up, whose price was about $150 or less. I had not called the first person, but who did? I suspect Geiger called them; and since I was only expecting one electrical guy, well I never even asked about price. Gouged! I am looking for spa service now and happened across these reviews. Sad that this kind of problem persists after all these years. Check the Geiger review under Cascade for a pretty serious problem of fraud. Oh, the father did give us a nice gift certificate to the Ringside for our troubles, which worked to soothe our ruffled feathers, but the business with the electrical is only becoming clear to me now as I read these reviews. Nice guy at first, but then falls off the face of the earth. You can not even leave a message, Voicemail box full? My experience, Girlfriend / live in mistress driving the Geiger Pool company car rear ends me in a parking lot. ""Lets not get insurance involved, I'll take care of it."" Fax machine out for a week, you could send the estimate, he just couldn't print it out, stuck in memory. A week later he is yet to return a call. We called them 4 times after they did (poor) work and they never returned our calls or came back to fix their mess up. The work they did on our spa made it worse, according to a reputable company that we had to hire to fix their mess! Our neighbors got taken by them too! They came and did work on their pool AND hot tub, they supposedly ordered the parts and never came back, but took off with their money ($650 worth). We are all working together to get this business noticed and get our money back that we are owed! Please don't use their service if you value your money and your pool/spa-they are scheisters!
