Every time I eat here, the service is excellent. Even on holidays, the waitstaff are still friendly, & go out of their way to accomodate you, seemingly unruffled & unfazed by all the chaos around them. They're still smiling, despite all the demands from all the high-maintenance diners, especially the ones who feel entitled to special (off the menu) items. The food is good, not great, but my family always seems to wind up here on holidays & come away from a meal contented. I really only have one complaint: for a chain, Italian Bistro is pretty expensive. A glass of wine here costs $6 & up. And it's mediocre.
PROS: very accomodating waitstaff
CONS: long wait, make a reservation
