My computer is 3 or 4 years old runs windows xp and suddenly got infected with a virus. I called Geeks On-site on new years eve and to my surprise they not only answered the phone but were able to send out a tech the very same afternoon. I was pleasantly shocked. When GP got here he spent about 10 minutes reviewing my computer and making tweaks. He then rebooted the computer and the virus was gone. I couldn't believe it, but I guess he really know his stuff and he got me back up and running so fast. He even helped with my laptop too since we had so much time left.
