I was quite unhappy with the service I recieved from the Geek Squad on my latest visit.\r
I took a computer in to be checked out becuase it was running very slowly and I figured it had a virus.\r
The amount they charged for the virus removal however, was incredulous!!\r
I couldnt believe my ears when they told me the total.\r
Okay okay, I figured. As long as my computer is fixed.\r

They had it for nearly two weeks (TWO WEEKS!) and that was the last straw.\r
I had to call and demand my computer be finished and available only for them to tell me that it'd been finished for four days already.\r
How was this happening!?\r
I wasnt informed by by the company that my computer was finished and ready to be picked up!!\r

Yes, they cleared the virus off of my computer, but it took too long and their rates werent acceptable.\r
