The employees of the Geek Squad are friendly, yes,\r
And they're all a bunch of bright eyed - teenagers, without proper computer repair training, and knowledge required to be responsible to care for customers computers.\r
I took my computer in to have a virus removed and I figured I'd take it to the Geek Squad since they were local.\r
It took nearly two weeks to get my computer back, and I had to call and ask about it - otherwise God knows how long they would have held onto it!\r
After stating my complaint to the manager I wasnt offered an apology or any compensation for my wait, which I thought was severly unprofessional.\r
I wont be taking my computer, or my business back to the kids at Geek Squad.\r
\r
I heard about a company called Secure Remote Support that has since gotten all my business when it comes to computer repairs.\r
Their technicians are smart, their work is quality and their rates are a fraction of the rates of the Geek Squad.\r
\r
Their website is www.SecureRemoteSupport(dot)com and I reccomend them to anyone!\r
Pros: friendly
Cons: computer ""repairs"" are a joke
