\r \r When I turn to a professional to preform services, I expect them done well.\r ESPECIALLY if im going to pay good money! \r The Geek Squad not only talked to me as if I was stupid, the work they completed was mediocre at best.\r I dont understand how a company like this remains in business.\r If youre lacking talent, at least have good customer service!\r I was so upset with my recent experience there I cant imagine myself ever returning to have more services rendered.\r \r I saw an ad for a company called Secure Remote Support and when I turned to them for a virus removal, they were compassionate, educated and friendly.\r Its good to see that some companies still have the values it takes to operate well.\r They will be getting all my future business and I suggest everyone checks them out when in need of computer repairs.\r \r www.SecureRemoteSupport(dot)com is their website.
