I dont understand how a company like this remains in business.\r
If youre lacking talent, at least have good customer service!\r
I was so upset with my recent experience there I cant imagine myself ever returning to have more services rendered.\r

I saw an ad for a company called Secure Remote Support and when I turned to them for a virus removal, they were compassionate, educated and friendly.\r
Its good to see that some companies still have the values it takes to operate well.\r
They will be getting all my future business and I suggest everyone checks them out when in need of computer repairs.\r
