They don't answer the phone, only leave a message, don't answer the message when left. Tell me they can't fix it but can send someone out that can...I live in Hawaii and they don...

Don't get involved with Geek Choice unless you have money to lose. After all I went through with Geek Choice it ends up that they admittedly owe me $942.59 and refuse to pay me. They also engage in threats and allegations of blackmail. In my opinion they are akin to a criminal organization that only exists to take advantage of people. If you don't want to get involved in taking legal action to get what is rightfully yours, then stay away from Geek Choice. more

Be careful. I had a terrible experience with Geek Choice. When I had an issue, they did not return emails, they did not return phone calls. They charged $150 for a 1 hour job. What they don't tell you is that they post your job, address and all on a web site and pretty much anyone can claim the job. They charge you $150 they pay the tech which they know nothing about $50. I wish I never even called these guys. Zero after sale support, especially if there is a problem. Don't let the flashy web site fool you. more

we have been a resident of beacon hill for over 43 years now, and i just recently stumbled upon Geek Choice. I stopped in spoke with a technician and he gave me some advice, and i brought my laptop in the next day to have it cleaned up, they were fast, and very courteous and I just think they are wonderful more

outlook express help 1/23/2012

I was having some issues accessing my email on MS Outlook. Then i called geek choice and they sent a man over to my home later that day, and he fixed my outlook settings and now all my emails are coming through! thanks Geek Choice. more

i had a nasty virus on my pc after my BF went galavanting on the web and i got so frustrated that i looked up pc repair and found the Geeks, they sent a geek to me the next morning and Matt fixed all my problems, thanks more

I needed my email. It?s the only way for me to constantly stay in touch with friends and family who?ve moved away. When it went down, words cannot describe the frustration. When the Geek Choice tech showed up, my scream could probably be heard by the neighbors. He showed me what had happened and even recovered emails that I thought had been deleted. I was so thankful that I hugged him! more

In the fast-paced business that we operate, it?s difficult to find the time to handle any technical issues that pop up. When we need assistance, Geek Choice is prompt and always ready with the answers we?re looking for. more

fixed my POS printer 12/6/2011

I recently purchased a Dell multifunction all in one laser jet printer. When I got it home and took it out of the box I had no idea how to install it. I called Geek Choice and they came out the same day and hooked it for us and cleaned up the computer as well. My computer runs much faster now and the printer works great. I call Geek Choice for all my computer, printer, internet needs. more

Run away don't walk from these incompetents 10/6/2011

They don't answer the phone, only leave a message, don't answer the message when left. Tell me they can't fix it but can send someone out that can...I live in Hawaii and they don't have anyone here!!!! They charge my card each month for 3 months and when asked to refund the fees due to the fact that they couldn't fix the first problem on line and admitted that they should refund my charges...they never did. Finally reached someone in the Corp Office,, the Accounting department is a joke!!!! and they said they would refund the money....just charged it again this month....now no answering the phone for any numbers BEWARE!!!!! Or go by and take a look at the storefront! more
