Great Service 5/24/2010

I have used Gecko Green for many years. We have been VERY pleased with the service we have gotten. Beau, the owner, has always worked with us on determing the specific needs for our yard. We have St. Augustine with lots of trees on an acre. Not an easy landscape to control weeds. Gecko Green uses organic solutions as well as traditional. They will specifically treat areas and not just use a ""blanket"" approach. If there are ever any concerns, just call and talk to Beau. He will respond and make it right. We have used other services that ruined our yard and Gecko Green is the only one that has brought our grass back to life. Pros: Personalized plan for yard Cons: n/a more

DO NOT USE GECKO GREEN!!!! HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE 12/6/2009

If you were considering this company for your lawn service I would highly suggest looking elsewhere! This was by far the biggest mistake we have made so far as home owners. They have the worst service I have ever seen and they DO NOT reply to your emails, voicemails, or calls. Our yard has never looked worse and they have been treating it for over 10 months. I can't wait for them to contact us for ""renewal"" because that will never happen! I actually even wonder if they will contact us for renewal because their customer service is so horrible that they probably won't even realize it's time. STAY AWAY from this horrible company Pros: NOTHING Cons: EVERYTHING more

HORRIBLE SERVICE! AVOID!!!! 6/9/2009

Sent me a bill for service, directed me to their website. Went to their website, saw no way to pay. I politely emailed them asking how I could pay via their website when they told me that was an option, I got no reply. I emailed them again, still no reply. I then called them and left them a message- still no call back. I then get a RUDE letter demanding $58 for payment immediately or they would file a lien on my home- WHAT KIND OF SERVICE IS THAT??
