Man oh man this is the best shop ever no doubt. I guarantee this place to anyone who is having troubles with their transmission. The staff is very understandable and the payment plans are really good. For a minute I thought my girls were not getting any gifts for Christmas because I had in mind I was going to go broke with all the loss of money. But hey the payment plans really worked. No regrets what so ever. more

I had a minor issue with my car. Well it wasn't very minor is was freaking severe. I was like man no way this thing is getting fixed. Boy I was wrong. These dudes right here got magic hands. They fixed my little Honda in no waste of time. And look! While I was carless they even supplied me with a freaking rental car. Come on man how nicer can these people be. I didn't suffer my week like I thought I was going to. Thanks Guys if you see this is because I surely give you 2 thumbs up. :) more

""This thing is pointless"" I said to myself. I traveled from Minnesota all the way to my parents house 3 weeks ago and on my way my transmission failed me. I didn't know anything here till my father talked to me about Gear 1. As always I listened to my father and brought my Honda here to the shop. They did an awesome job it turned out my Honda needed rebuilt. So they did what they wore support to do and finally it was repaired. My car is now fixed thanks to Gear 1! more

They can't fix it 3/6/2012

I took my car to Gear One on September 26, 2011 with a transmission problem. Gear One determined that my transmission needed to be rebuilt. On October 7, I picked my car up, drove it approximately 2 miles and returned it because the transmission was worse than when I dropped it off. Since then it has been back to Gear One 7 more times, it still is not fixed, it is now March 6, 2012. \r I would not have taken the car back to Gear One but I had already paid for the rebuild, so the subsequent visits were covered under their warranty. \r Over 60 days total time in the shop and the transmission still does not work properly. Avoid this shop, they cannot fix transmissions. more
