Representatives in Kodiak are dreadful at making changes to your accounts. My husband and I both have had to walk in 4+ times to change our address. They write things down and do not input them into their systems. It is frustrating to never get a bill from them and have them charge you late fees. Plus they have a limit on your usage & over charge you for their services. more

Why GCI the only who offers the cable? GCI cable is so expensive, i pay $ 95 dollars for the cable and $ 85 dollars for phone line, internet....I watch only 2-3 channels, rest of channels are junk.....I think there price need to go down, i feel they are taking people's money for nothing. There service is sucks too. more

They are alright. Recently the service changed to unlimited download for the cable Internet, which is nice. I had never lived in a place with a download cap before. The customer service needs improvement, after 6pm I tend to get someone in the lower 48, which is no help. If you want cable, it's not like you have a choice here. more

GCI offers cable, internet cell phone and long distance. They have ok customer service...sometimes its great sometimes it sucks. Their cable service is average they have kind of expensive rates but they can do that since they are the only ones who offer cable tv in town. Their cell service also kind of sucks and doesn't have very good coverage more
