I strongly DO NOT recommend Gayson Plumbing !!\r \r I had a leak in my ceiling. They sent over a tech who cut a hole in my ceiling to see if he could find the cause. Said he knew what it was and would order what was needed and when the parts came in they would call for the next appointment to fix the problem. Charged me $180 for the call and the problem was not solved.\r \r It has now been over 2 months and they still have not called. I wound up getting another plumber who fixed the problem which was NOT what Gayson's tech stated it was. So if they did the proposed work it would have been a waste of my money and I would still have had the leak.\r \r Sent an email to the owner explaining the situation and never got a response. \r \r Wrong diagnosis of the problem, lack of promised follow up and total lack of concern as evidenced by the owner ignoring my complaint.\r \r FIND ANOTHER PLUMBER AND GET THE JOB DONE RIGHT !! more

I recently used Gayson Plumbing and found them to be extremely efficient. Although I had a last minute emergency, they were able to schedule an appointment for me rather quickly. The mechanic was polite and got the job done in no time. I recommend their services as I will be using them in the future. more
