Gaylord Security ADT Authorized Dealer

I was asked ""was I interested in signing up for ADT"" (thru Gaylord Security in Northglenn) and I said NO. Since, I have been recieving their spam e-mails and dispite numerous calls and e-mail replies to remove me from their list they just keep on bothering me. I WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE FOLKS! more

I wish I could say I had a similar experience to those other reviewers, but sadly, that isn't the case. I live in Monument, CO, which could be part of the problem. Why ADT dispatches a company located in Denver to service Monument is beyond me. more

I had my ADT system installed by Gaylord about a month ago. They responded immediatey to my request for a quote and scheduled the installation that same week. The installation went off without a hitch. The system is excellent and I feel much safer with Gaylord on watch. more

I am new to the security system industry and Gaylord could not have been more professional. Their installer was very knowledgable about the product that he was working with and very friendly. I felt very comfortable and can walk away completely satisfied. A word to the wise, do not shop around for another security provider, when it comes to Gaylord Seurity the buck stops here. more

My installer was very personable he took the time to explain everything son that I felt that I knew all I needed to know to operate the system. We have had no problems since installation. I would certainly recommend my installer to anyone. Should I have a problem I would ask for him to handle it if possible. My new ADT system makes my wife and me feel very secure and protected. more

Gaylord was prompt and able to do the initial work in a timely manner; they were even able to take over the existing system in the house and make it work on their ADT system. The first technician that came out to do the install left a little to be desired in customer relations and personality, and he did not follow up on some questions I had, details I wanted, and some additional modules I wanted. When I contacted customer service on the phone they were great, Mike was able to resolve outstanding account issues, and provided same day service. He also got a different technician to come out to the house and finish the job that the first guy didn't. The followup customer service was great and I would recommend Gaylord as an authorized ADT dealer. more

Prompt and did a good job. Had a little scrape on a door where they removed the old detector. Offered to pay the first year of police fees. I would recommend Gaylord more

Quick, painless installation, excellent value (lots of equipment for very little $$$), nice people. The installation was also FREE...did I mention that? (Well, we actually had to pay $99, but we got a code for a $100 gift card, so they actually PAID us a penny!) more
