I called Gault Electric when I had a burning smell coming from my panel, the young lady who answered the phone, first asked if everybody was ok, (which today not many companies seem to care) was quick to get someone to come over right away and take a look. I'm a single mom with my elderly mother in my home, so it didn't hurt that the car was marked & the man had a company shirt on. It turned out to be an old panel that needed to be replaced. (my home is over 30 years old). The gentleman let me know what the price was going to be and the amount of time it would take on the spot, I explained to the estimator that I'm on a fixed budget, and I was offered help for financing the cost. Within 1 hour they had 2 technicians at my house to fix the issue, after doing the work, the guys even cleaned up with a shop vacuum they had on their van!! I was very impressed with the quality of service as well as how fast the entire process was completed. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to any and everyone. I understand that some things may cost you more, but this call was worth every penny for the piece of mind I received. more

This by far was not a good company to call. Way over priced, owner was rude, and insulted me and the neighbor was referred me to this company. I told them I would have to think about the service, then someone showed up at my door! They charged me for wire they didn't use,a $5.00 trip charge, less than a mile away and I called the owner on it and he hung up on me. I would not hirer them again, and you should look for a different company to work with. more
