WARNING! These guys are out and out thieves. Took a flat to get fixed and even though it only had a nail in the tread they lied and told me it could not be fixed as the sidewall was slashed and that I had to buy a new tire. Took it elsewhere it was fixed in five minutes. You have been warned. more

I used to be a loyal customer of Gateway tire until a few years ago when they started making so many mistakes. The first mistake could have been a very serious one, they did something wrong when working on my teenage daughters brakes and she lost all her brake fluid. Her brakes just stopped working as she was going down Broadway. Luckily she was able to pull into a parking lot and get it stopped but it could have been very bad. Then the same thing happened to my car when they worked on my brakes. Lucky for me that I have a warning light on my car that tells when the brake fluid is low, my daughters car did not. I thought I would give them another chance about a year later, so I took my daughters car in for an oil change, they put the wrong oil in the car. I had to take it back and have them change it again and put in what the manufacture requires. Which is what I asked for in the first place. I now go to Kwik Kar on Broadway for my oil changes, it's more expensive, but at least I know it's done the right way. more

If you are looking for a place to get tires or a tune-up Gateway Tire Center is one of the better places in town to take your car. They are careful with your car and always professional when talking with you. They have a nice waiting room to sit and wait in while your car is being worked on or you can walk over to Braums and get you an ice cream. more

Gateway Tire and Service center has fast reliable service. They have a nice waiting area that is either cool for the summer time or warm in the winter. I have gotten my oil changed here and also have bought some tires. They have competitive prices and if you watch in the newspapers you can find coupons in there too. I would highly recommend this company for any kind of work on your car or truck that they are certified for. more

Gateway Tire and Service Center is a great place to purchase tires or have your oil changed. They have a nice waiting room and are open into the evening. They will even fix your flats for free! We got ourselves into quite a mess with a trailer loaded down and a bad tire once. They were happy to work with us and get us back on the road very quickly! more
