Initially, I had only planned to take a look at the various cars and had no plans that day to purchase a new car. My lease was still for another four months but Florel approached and encouraged me to take a test drive. There were two vehicles I was interested in and he was very patient and let me test drive both and I did not feel pressured. Later that evening I was in my new car! Florel made it possible for me to get a great offer. I couldn't refuse. Overall, I had a great experience and would highly recommend this dealership and the salesman.
