I made a reservation on-line and even called the day prior to check-in to confirm the reservation and reiterate we would be checking in late. We arrived late Friday night as scheduled and they had no record of the reservation. Then they said they had no rooms available and tried to put us in another Best Western in a worse location. It was horrible. I was so upset and refused accept the 'other' Best Western. Miraculously, they found two rooms and were able to work it out, but it took a lot of time to get them to cooperate. Very frustrating and lesson learned.
