Monthly rates are reasonable, but limited to up to 5:30 pm on event days. During events, they allow cars to exit through only one gate (on Prospect), bottlenecking and jamming them, which ensures they collect lots of extra funds for the extra time. One-day parking during events is very expensive (in spite of what Lizzy886 says), maybe $15-$20. There is no overnight parking. Parking in spaces with numbered Reserved signs and Reserved Staff signs is prohibited. As it's a city garage, they have been known to issue tickets if you park improperly, but they are inconsistent about it.
