Considering that this complex is only a little over 5 years old, the developer obviously was more driven by money then accommodations. Few major problems are #1 Parking. There are not enough spaces per units. If you want an assigned parking space, 1) you have to pay for it (and not just garages) 2) oops, you can't get one because all of them are already taken. So you end up driving around the whole complex in search of space and you can't find one, so you will try to find a handicapped space and those already taken to by those who were looking for a free space as well, then you look somewhere on the sidewalks and those are all taken. so good luck. And #2 Thin Floors. I would have thought the floors would have some sort of sound barrier, but no. They are thinner than the floors in a house. You will hear your neighbors upstairs.
