I have to say that the people who wrote those other reviews are exaggerating. While on a trip to visit family we went to see a movie. The theater is a clean, enjoyable, place. The employees are sometimes slackers but what do you expect form teenagers. This isn't the best movie theater in the world. But its damn good considering what people are willing to pay. The General Manager is very sweet and her staff will go above and beyond anyone's expectations. In fact, since the line was so long, one of her staff members suggested that we go and sit in our auditorium and a wait our food and drinks to be brought to us there. Which they were in just a few minutes. Let's face it, this theater has been around for quiet some time... And doesn't have the funding like Larry Miller does. But they definitely make up for it with costumer service. I was definitely treated like a I was a star. more

bryce reeks of fecies, and an informant has told that he once spotted him not showering for one full month. If you are planning on going to this theater, call first and make sure that this kid is not working, for sanitary reasons. god help us all. I think this theater should be cut some slack. Sure it's not the best theater in the world, but I don't have a problem with hearing other movies. Most of these reviews are those who have strong negative opinions toward the theater. Those who kind of like the place would never leave a comment on such a website. So you're only getting one-sided reviews. I thought I'd leave my comment on the place only as a so-so theater. The theater is close and gets the job done. more

I do take my family to there but i just wish they clean up the place. the sound is terrible.. but the only reason why we still go there is because it's close to my house.. The popcorn sometimes are not fresh and drinks taste and looks like colored water... If they fix up the place it will be nice... Pros: Close to all the stores Cons: not clean more

Everytime I go to this movie theatre, i undoubtly regret it. When the movie you are watching gets to a quiet part, you can hear the sounds from the movie playing in the theatre next to you. I must say that there is a strange smell about the theatre, the seats are raggedy. There is often gum on the seats, sticky soda on the floor, and popcorn everywhere. I would not reccomend this theatre, i would reccomend Megaplex 12 at the Gateway in Salt Lake City. Cons: Smelly, Dirty, Bad Sound more

please tell your employees to take a shower cause they kinda smell like my clamy sac! and second of all this theatre has cheap Hussys in every show room, ITS DESGUSTING! but the thing that pushes my buttons the most, is that whenever I go to see a movie there, I get laughed at by the employees just for beeing GAY, im sorry but these problems have to be addressed please call me at 6435223 to apologize... :) more

Why can't we get a great theater in Bountiful? Since this is our only local option, I do see movies here but I regret it almost every time. The sound bleeds in from other theaters, picture quality and sound are often poor, the seating is old .... It angers me to pay full price and have a sub-par experience. We went to see a showing scheduled for 12:40. Bought tickets, went into the theater with the sign for the correct movie over the door. However it soon became apparent that we were not in the correct theater. So we went back to the lobby to find out which theater we SHOULD be in and it took ten minutes for the employees to tell us that the movie wasn't showing at all. Incorrect recorded show time -- we arrived for an advertised 11 a.m.matinee to find the theater closed. This 8-theater complex is dingy. Noise from other theaters in the complex and freeway traffic spoil the sound. The theaters are filthy. Patrons are subjected to poorly-produced projected video advertisments for local businesses. There was nothing enjoyable in our experience. more
