Did a trade with them, they tried to make it right. But two sensors they claimed they replaced, failed me. So much was wrong with the car, before inspection, that there's no way the inspection was legal. So stuck with a lemon now. more

im a repeat customer at gasparr and i learned 2 things first, after replacing their old mechanich/salesman they have really improved in quality and their invetory is new. they make sure your car is ready to roll with no problem very nice staff cars are always presentable i have to say im very pleaed with the way they do buisness now i own three cars all purchased there and all are still perfect some had slight work done to them but hey what used doesnt? one more thing i got offered a free warranty on my last car! what other used car dealers gives warrantys for no extra charge? none so i encourage you all to disregard the other reviews and check them out for your self! more

I learned two very hard lessons at this car lot. Of the two cars I purchased, they both had continuous problems. The check engine light on both of them never went out. I should have learned the first time, but I went back because I needed another car quickly. After one problem got fixed, another check engine based problem would surface. This lot does not know how to fix cars correctly. The biggest let down was when the catalytic converter on my car starting acting up. I took it to get it checked and the mechanic handed me a melted ball of duck tape. The car was sold to me with a problem fixed with duck tape, as opposed to welding it properly. I reported this to the appropriate bureau (since City search will not allow reviews to mention the name of it), which I would advise anyone else to do who had problems with a car here. Most people do not and lots like this stay in business. Unlike the other reviewer, I cannot accept the check engine light on my car being on constantly. Apparently I am lucky enough to have the air bag light on as well. I did confront them about this problem, call, go in person, but not solution was offered. They told me to take it to a dealership at my expense. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. I read the other reviews, and had to offer my bad experience there as well. Pros: My wallet get a lot of exercise. Cons: I should have read reviews on this place first. more

I got my Mitsubishi Eclipse from this dealer. High miles and yes my engine light went on in a while BUT they DO fix all problems if u get any they fix it for free u just have to call them and tell . Maybe some pricing seems obscene but I got some money back for some not very quality paint on my car, so my point is that if smth goes wrong they very helpful to fix. I have my car for about 5mo now and I drive a lot everyday, it has 140 000mi but except engine light and some paint issues I am totally satisfied. very nice car Pros: good customer service Cons: some prices too up more

Lot full of auction ""left-overs."" Most cars had check engine lights on, dark oil and transmission fluid. I could see one or two, which can be expected from a used lot, but many? DON'T GO TO THE CAR LOT NOT ONLY ARE THE CARS CRAZY HIGH THE MILEAGE ON THE CARS IS WAY TO HIGH, ALSO THE PEOPLE THAT SALES THE PLACE THEY AREN'T HELPFUL AND THEY CANT GET THE PRICES RIGHT. THEY ONLY TELL YOU WHAT THEY THINK YOU WANT TO HEAR, AND IF YOU HAPPEN TO BUY A CAR FROM THEM TRUST ME THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT TO TRANSMISSION PROBLEMS WILL START.
