The Gas Connection owner has his wife working the phones. The company was supposed to call us when they arrived at our apartment for a service call. They failed to do make the call and as a result they wasted a visit and blamed us for not being there. The rude secretary (I won't give her name) called my husband, but didn't like the fact that he told the truth so she dug up my cell number from an old invoice and called me (she doesn't even know who I am). She yelled at the top of her lungs about what was really her mistake. She yelled so loud my ears were ringing (I'm not even exaggerating). I really couldn't believe this pathetic episode was taking place. I tried to explain that there was a miscommunication, but I couldn't get a word in as she was screaming over me. She obviously doesn't have any customer service skills, communications skills, or education about running a business. It is obvious now that her husband does not possess these skills either. I never received even apology for her outrageous and irrational behavior. As a thank you, her husband, the owner said he doesn't want to do business with us anymore. I guess that will be his loss as we own 15 properties in the area. Today, we had to service what the previous technician from the gas connection was supposed to fix the first time. Don't deal with these clowns, it will be a waste of your time and if you get the phone demon you will definitely get a headache. After 10 minutes, I finally had to politely hang up on her!
Pros: They actually showed up and communicated one out of two times. The technician was pleasant.
Cons: Customer Service does not take responsibility for their errors. Lady on the phones likes to scream at customers. Not very educated in business etiquette.
