Gary Miller Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had anywhere. I spent 4 1/2 hours where they tried to get me to buy every car (more expensive) than the one I wanted. The room where the used car buyers sit to discuss things was disgusting. Leaking pipes, rust, missing ceiling tiles, shotty walls, it was embarassing. They lied several times. They told me the airbag light was on in the car I wanted because it rained. When that light comes on that means the airbags won't deploy, so every time it rains or snows in ERIE I won't have airbags? They said I couldn't get financing on a car at a certain mileage then changed their mind when I said I was leaving. I tried to leave 4 times while the price continuously dropped. I was stupid enough to fall for some of their games and agreed to the car then over the weekend decided to change my mind. When I went in to tell them they were rude, accusatory, aggressive and ridiculous. To top it off, I overheard my salesman talking to Gary Miller and they were saying snide remarks. They denied everything and when I said I was leaving for the final time the salesman said, "That's your choice" shrugged his shoulders in a highly disrepectful manner and WALKED AWAY! DO NOT go to this place!!!! They are shady, rude and you will leave feeling disrespected and embarrassed for these people that they act like this for a living!!! more

I used this dealership long ago and purchased a car (used) from them. While they did seem responsive and helpful and also very reasonable as far as prices went I will say they were a bit deceptive. Example: I needed a new handle on my front door... what they did was remove the handle from the back and put it in the front, said nothing about it assuming that I'd look at the front door and see a handle and be happy. I wouldn't notice the back door until much later. WRONG. I looked at the front door, saw the 'new' handle and then opened all the other doors. Voilà. Caught in the act. When I approached the salesman he said he would take care of it immediately and he did... but the fact that they TRIED to be deceptive leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Like any other dealer... I think you have to be careful and smart. Their prices are ok, their salesmen seemed helpful and they were decent with taking care of the problems we had with the used car we bought. All in all... an okay experience... BUT... a little deceptive in making the car up to standards when we wanted it done. I think they're like most car dealers.. have their good and bad points.. and as always.. BUYER BEWARE! more

As far as car dealers go, Gary Miller Chrysler is about the best we have found. We bought our car there last year and were pleased with the salesman, the deal and the car. And so far the service has been decent also. Well except for long waits in a cramped room on service days! more
