This is the second time I have used the service department and I always have a great experience. They are always willing to work with my warranty company and make the process very smooth. I made an appointment to come in at 7am this morning and I was greeted with many smiles. I was waiting to hear about the diagnosis and I was informed that the warranty company has approved the repairs and that they had to wait on a part from Nashville to complete the work. I was going to rent a car and go pay my registration, but there were no cars because of the Holiday weekend. I didn't know how I was going to get my bill paid when I was told that the shuttle driver would drive me to the office. I was so relieved, especially since I had to pay by the end of today. I was waiting for the shuttle when, I believe, Keith Roberts let me borrow a demo car to pay my bill. When I came back to the dealership I decided to wait and see if my car would be finished today and when I just went up to my Service Associate he informed me that the repair work was done and they were waiting for payment. And now I was just informed I am ready to go. THANK YOU for such wonderful service!!! more

I felt compelled to write the Gary Mathews team. I purchased a 2001 Jeep Wrangler and not long afterwards had some issues with the engine. The entire team has gone above and beyond to ensure that a happy medium was met. The General Manager and the service team were all great. There was a rough patch in between there where we were unsure exactly what was wrong with the Jeep. However every time I called I was listened to and taken seriously. I believe that the Gary Mathews team will do their best in every way to meet your needs. Being in a rough time myself right now, I can not express how the team did what ever they could to help. I believe that every time there is an issue with a vehicle it takes time to diagnose and find the problem. I firmly stand by the fact that not one person at Gary Mathews ever denied me or blew me off. My wife and I were car shopping. After stopping by one dealership and being offered 2500 less than our trade in value we went to Gary Matthews. We were treated like friends, after asking what they would give me for my trade in we test drove a Jeep then went back to the lot. Much to our surprise they offered us 1800 over trade in value according to the NADA quotes I pulled before going up there. After the test drive, my wife and I were in and out with a new vehicle in under an hour. In my experience car shopping is very stressful and time consuming. At Gary Matthews this is not the case. They made the whole process simple, fast and friendly. As long as I'm in this area this will be my dealership of choice. My sales representative was James who was more a friend than a car salesman. I just wanted to say this, I have bought several vehicles from here and I have always dealt with Rich, I just bought a Jeep there 5 days ago and I have never had the best experience with car buying until I went to Gary Mathews. Rich sold me a Jeep in 2003, a Dodge Ram Truck in 2008 and now a Jeep in 2013. I keep coming back to Gary Mathews just to deal with Rich Johnson. Went shopping of a 4 wheel drive vehicle just before knee replacement surgery. I found exactly the right one down to the color I was looking for. Low mileage, great condition but what really mattered is how the general manager took the time to see that all my questions were answered, even after more than five weeks had gone by. Mr. Pennington, a salesman there was also awesome. I didn't expect the best, but this time I found it. more
