Gary's business is open for minimal hours a day. I have left them several messages to return my phone calls and I have not heard from them. I asked them to call my cell phone, and yet they called my home phone only (and only once) and every time I call back, I get a message machine. I have left many messages asking nicely if they can call my cell, but nothing. Nobody can return phone calls apparantly and my leak continues to ruin my ceiling with no help from them.
