Dr. Gartner is a top quality doctor from the moment you make your first call to the office till the moment you are discharged and beyond. His office staff is friendly, informative and caring. His knowledge and honesty, in comparison to other doctors with whom I consulted, exceeded my expectations. I'm underwent the awake breast augmentation and was pleasantly surprised at the little discomfort felt and the quick recovery time. I'm very happy with my results and I feel wonderful about myself. I would recommend him highly to anyone. more
