I know Owen Garrett personally and he is not only a man of integrity but he is also hardworking and does a great job, and he has a great crew that's working for him. I will always use Garrett's because he's the No. 1 man I would call for plumbing. I'm a general contractor who has seen a lot of people come and go. I have a rapport with Garrett and not only is he professional all the way, but also a very easy man to work with. There is nothing he can't do and I'm a remodeler, so he fits right into my expertise with commercial and residential. I would recommend them without a doubt. more

A happy long-term customer! 8/8/2016

I have used Garrett's Plumbing Company a number of times now and overall I am satisfied with their work. Most recently I used them to carry out a job and I had to call them back a number of times. This was not a big issue but I felt that they should fix something which they did promptly without any argument. Their staff are professional and always pleasant when they are here, but I like the most that they are clean, timely and honest. I think these are very important traits to have in any company. more

Prompt and professional. 7/19/2016

What I really liked about the people over at Garrett's Plumbing Company is that they were very prompt. I got an immediate response to my call and they got someone out pretty shortly thereafter. They fixed the problem I was having not once, but twice which I really appreciated. The people that work here are professional, kind, and honest. I have no complaints and would rate them even more highly if I could. more

Good, efficient, quick, and knew what he was doing 7/8/2016

I was really impressed with the guy that came out to my home from Garrett's Plumbing Company. The guy came out a couple months ago and he was very efficient. You could really tell that he knew what he was doing because he got right to work and was able to take care of the problem very quickly. He did a very good job as the problem has not acted up again and my plumbing has been running like a dream. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone looking for a good plumber. more

Responding to a call for service 6/26/2016

I've used Garrett's Plumbing for several jobs and all have been completed in a competently professional manner. In one case for an outside gas line installation job one task was overlooked and when I brought it to the attention to Owen's attention it was fixed within a very short time. For their last job the young man sent to open up a clogged building drain, he had all the right "bat toys" to do the job. more

I Highly recommend these guys. Their whole team was very prompt and courteous. When I called called to have somebody come out to generate an estimate, they were here in a timely fashion. When I finally received the approval to have the work done, the guys were ready to start the next morning. The communication was perfect, and they were just all around professional. They created two separate quotes for me, and both were under a competitor's proposal. Thank you again for your excellent service!!! more

owen garrett stand for honesty, integrity and outstanding quality in workmanship...we have used no other plumber in 13 years and would not even consider doing so...before we found owen, three other plumbers gave us an estimate of $1,500 for a plumbing problem...owen fixed it for $125 and it has been great ever since...when owen or one of his top-flight crew members leave, it is clean...not only do they come clean, they magically stay clean and leave clean...to owen garrett plumbing: thanks for 13 years of outstanding service!!! more

Garrett went above and beyond. I told him of some issues some of my tenants were having and while he was at the building he checked in with them and made some suggestions on how we can resolve the problem. more
