They have turned from a family fun place to shop for party/halloween needs to a pompous self grandstanding decoration store. They will only ever do things by appointment and will refuse to answer simple questions. Before finishing my sentences they will simply interrupt and inform that they can't do business with me because I don't have an appointment. more
