I know when each rent is collected and when service needs to be provided to any of our units. They advertise and show our available units in a timely fashion. Garner is at the top of their game and I would recommend them to anyone who needs management service completed in a highly professional manner. more

Garner Properties and Management is a “breath of fresh air.” After the first day of service, I knew we had made the right choice. They are responsive, dependable and extremely professional. They are able to take care of all my property needs from daily work orders to a highly advanced data management system that I can access when needed. more

What Garner does very well:\r \r Consistency – I know what to expect month after month.\r \r Tenant selection – I have not had any turnover and payments are on time\r \r GPM has managed my portfolio for over 5 years now; I tried managing myself prior and realized I had no idea what I was getting into. I made mistakes that ended up costing me thousands. Hiring GPM has saved me time and money and loads of headaches. Now, I am free to focus on my life and building my portfolio.\r more

Garner has been managing my property for a couple years. They are good at being able to explain accounting issues with ease and in a very timely manner. They could maybe be better on the explanation on statements for charges/adjustments. Overall, I’m very pleased with the overall management of my property by Garner. more

Just wanted to drop a note regarding all our properties we have with Garner. We are very happy with how you guys are handling these properties and indeed, some have rented very quickly. We now have five properties that are tenanted, two properties that are waiting to be tenanted and three that are getting rehabbed and once these are completed, we will then be on the hunt again.
