I've been working in construction as an electrician in Central Texas, both Residential and Commercial, for 45 years and I would definitely recommend this Company. more

Garners was the third place I tried I would not get assistance for 1 to 3 days. When I called Garners the lady narrowed down the time and actually the tech was there earlier than was estimated which I was told. She also asked for specifics on my problem with ac. she continued to advice how to handle my system like she was really concerned I was very appreciative. When Zach got here he was kind, professional and totally efficient. I will definitely be calling Garners if I have problems with my ac. Thank You so much. more

Don is very responsive, courteous and helpful. Office personnel are also courteous. I feel good about their knowledge of my system and ability to keep it going. more

Whole House Heat Pump System Replacement 3/8/2018

Ryan and his crew (Alvin & Ethan) replaced our Carrier 5 ton heat pump system on 3/2/18. Very professional, courteous, knowledgeable. Did extensive plenum work in conjunction with new air handler installation. Would highly recommend if you want a good job done at a competitive price. more

Don and Alvin came to our house to service our air conditioner. They were knowledgeable, polite, and extremely helpful. In fact all of Garner's technicians are the same way and I am always pleased with them. more

I called Garner Heating & Air at 745 am before the business opened. I got a call back at 805 am and a technician was at my door by 9 am. They had my unit repaired in under 30 minutes and didn't try to push any unnecessary repairs or parts on me. Doug was very polite and worked quickly. Couldn't ask for better customer service! more
