I contacted their office to have my wife's wedding ring insured since I've had my auto insured there for years. Found out after my policy was approved and set up that I couldn't since I had my renter's insurance through another company so I faxed a formal request to cancel the policy. It took them about 5 requests to update my address. They did not update my address to include my apt so I did'nt notice they did not cancel my policy that they told me they could not approve. They even continued to charge me for the premiums for a year and a half. I didn't notice since they took them out with my auto policy premiums. \r
This morning I spoke to 'Sherry' and she was very helpful but I still can't comprehend the level of incompetence this office displayed. \r
I'm actually in the process of buying a home and wouldn't consider for a second giving this office my business. \r
Go elsewhere for your insurance, this office is absolutely terrible.
