I purchased two tempurpedic beds and bedframes about two years ago. My total purchase was almost $4,000. The mattresses are ok. The bed frames...not so much. The support frames broke soon after purchase. Gardners ""fixed"" them. This happened a number of times until I got tired of having to have them fixed and said I just wanted to return them since they broke right away and never were fixed correctly. Guess what???? The store was sold. They kept the name, the phone number and the customer base but I was informed in no uncertain terms that they did not have to do anything about sales prior to the store being sold. When I tried the BBB they responded ""nope"". Seems like Gardner's got the good end of the deal and any former customers are out in the cold. Ahhhh for the days when people could be trusted, workmanship was good and people stood behind the products they sold.
