Terrible experience. Movers were helpful but did damage my hardwood floor by dropping an item-no problem, mistakes happen. The damage was documented and I was promised a repair.\r The owner sent a repair person but rejected his estimate. I have since-nearly two years later-had the damage repaired after clearing it with their secretary, Brenda. Now the owner continued to evaded my many calls and refuses to pay. My dealing with the employees was mostly positive but the opposite is true with the owner. I now need to take them to court to resolve the issue. more

Bad Experience 9/14/2010

They dinged up a couple of pieces of furniture and scraped up the paint in our new place. One of the movers had cut himself and got blood on the wall then just used his hand to wipe it up/ smear it into the wall.\r \r The worst part was that they backed into our neighbors steps and broke the concrete. They have yet to return any calls (it's been over a week) to either my neighbor or her homeowners insurance policy.\r \r Will never recommend and am actively going out of my way to inform people of the bad service. more
