No customer service, and the gardening service itself is ho-hum. I have spoken to them on the phone once, when I ordered the service. I had the service for a year when they began adding a late fee. I have no problem with late fees, but my payments were on time. I called them several times to clarify the issue, but they never answer the phone. They have an answering machine, but after leaving my phone number, they never returned my calls. I sent them letters to the same P.O. box I sent the checks to, but never got a response in writing or on the phone. I then sent them a letter via Certified Mail to finally cancel the service, and it was returned to me unclaimed. The only time I heard from them was about two months later, from a collection agency they had sent my account to.
