I like this store. Been running around trying to redecorate and this is the place to go!! The price and selection are great. They have things you don't find other places.\r \r I got 2 yards of decorator fabric for 5.99!!! Wow! The man and lady who were at the front when I went gave me some great ideas. \r \r Only issue I had was it was confusing getting to the registers. It needs to be more clearly defined how to get to them. I must say, I did feel sorry for the cashier having to witness her being screamed at by a customer who had lost their receipt. Not sure why they felt it was her fault for their irresponsibility! more

Trying to get anyone to answer the phone at this place is like getting caught in phone system hades. the nearest Garden Ridge to me is in Concord, NC, 90 miles away. I am interested in driving there ane getting a huge Christmas tree, but want to speak to a HUMAN on the phone about it before I drive all that way for nothing. Their phone system, gives you exactly five options, none of which connect you to a human, and then hangs up on you. Hey garden ridge, you keep your cheap phone answering system, and I'll keep my money. more
