We were driving on the Hana Highway and we wanted to see a waterfalls. We saw this place called Garden of Eden which advertised a waterfall. We went in to try to see the waterfall...

We were driving on the Hana Highway and we wanted to see a waterfalls. We saw this place called Garden of Eden which advertised a waterfall. We went in to try to see the waterfalls we met the manager as he tried to sell us a $10 admission a piece for the entire Park. We really didn’t have time for this so we decided to pass on it. When we told him we weren’t interested he told us to turn around and get out. Just before we hit the road I stopped for a minute. I wanted to get something out of the trunk. This manager jumped out of his out of the booth and started using abusive language telling me to get out. We were not looking at any of his exhibits nor where we interested in any of his exhibits. In order to avoid violence and missing my plane the next day I left and we went to the Police down the road and filed a complaint When we got home we try to contact the owner, we try to contact the tourist authority to complain, and we got no results Do not go here these are nasty people They should be closed down more

If your a garden person...and enjoy quiet time with nature...I think this place is great... ...but the place has some interesting flowers that I've never seen before... and it was beautiful. more

beautiful garden 6/6/2011

One of our many stops on the road to Hana. Its a beautiful garden with peacocks and ducks and colorful flora. You also get a view of the Jurassic Park rock seen on the opening of the movie from here, mind you just a view. As for the $10...Yes, you can see some beautiful flowers for free somewhere else, but hey how often are you gonna get to visit Maui and take some beautiful pictures in this garden. more
