Excellent wait staff. Well-run sit-down location of a mini-chain of local restaurants. The family's Old Town location is an historic favorite of locals. We moved away more than a decade ago, but we always go to Garcia's when we're back in Albuquerque. You can depend on everything on the menu. The breakfast-anytime items are traditional favorites. We love the blue-corn enchilladas with beef and ""Christmas"": chile -- both red and green -- and the carne adovada burrito, hot and delicious. And, it's very reasonably priced.
Pros: Family atmosphere. Always good, authentic New Mexican fare.
Cons: Chile rellenos only on Wedesday, Friday.
