I was referred to DUC by my urologist, who doesn't seem to be able to do kidney stone surgery. I arrived for a 3 pm appointment only to be seen at 6:15 pm. I got no apology or partial refund even though the clinic had overscheduled patients and caused me to be an hour late for work. No one even knew why I was there, although my referring doctor sent my records a week in advance. I was advised that I was going to receive a consult on kidney stone surgery and that the surgery would be performed 2 days later. When I finally saw the doctor, it turns out I have to wait an additional 2 weeks for the surgery. The staff also waiting until 6:30pm to have me fill out required paperwork, which I could have been doing during the 3 hour wait to see the doctor. The only upbeat parts of the visit were the personable doctor, who allowed me to view my x-ray, and his extremely hot assistant. more

These folks performed my Vasectomy and did a wonderful job! I was very nervous, as was to be expected, but the medical and office staff were very supportive and follow up was very thorough.\r \r These folks are wonderful.\r \r Henry " Hank" Wagner more

Disappointing in every way! When my Husband needed to be seen he was given an appointment right away (which was originally great). They filed the necessary medical insurance paperwork. My husband was sent for 1 CT Scan and billed for 2! I cannot recommend this facility due to the lies and trouble they have caused our family. Most of the fault lies with the other facility but, these Dr's knew that they were sending him for a very expensive unnecessary test! more
