Garage Door Rpair and Gate Whittier

This is not the first time we've used this garage door repair company. Our first experience was when we first bought our house 3 years ago! He came out and fixed our problems and closed in the gaps around the garage doors due to my husband's paranoia about rodents creeping into the garage. ;) The second time was today. The garage door wasn't shutting all the way and was being moody so I grabbed my handy dandy magnet and gave this garage door repair company a call at 4 pm. I told him my problem and although he was done for the day he headed over to my place! He was here by 4:30 and I'm at my computer typing this review at 4:50. Because it was an easy fix, on top of the amazing turn around, he didn't even charge me a thing! WOW! He said, "Honestly? I wouldn't even know what to charge you for." Awesome, efficient, and HONEST??? This is going just too far! It is so freaking hard to find decent contractors (right?) that when I do find one I feel like screaming their praises from the top of a building for all to hear!! (Thus the review.) If you need a great garage door guy who's not out to take advantage of you, who's honest, who's efficient, wonderfully nice, HONEST! (yes I know), is on your side, on-time (swoon), and who's more interested in working with long term customers then raking you over the coals (heart palpitations!) this is the guy to call. Really. And BTW, I was not paid or coerced to write this review. I'm a normal person. A stay at home mom of a million kids (which is why it took me so long to post this ;), and thereby have nothing to gain by lying to you. more

Showed up on time. Did the job as requested for the price as quoted. The repairman was pleasant, polite, courteous and cleaned up after the repair. I have used this company previously to replace a garage door spring approximately a year ago and this time to replace the garage door opener. I will call them again if I should require their services and would most definitely recommend them to anyone that may need to have similar repair work performed. Thumbs up! more

The tech was fast, friendly, efficient, and fair. What more could you want! When my garage door spring broke last year, I called about a half dozen different companies all of which either couldn't get out for days or tried to up sell me on a whole new opener or door even before seeing ours. more

Mike was great to work with and knew what he was doing. He showed up on time and worked efficiently without wasting time. I would call again for service and ask for him! more
