Johnny from this company came out today to check my garage door system, as one of the doors was not responding to the open/close button. He rebooted the opener at no cost, gave me suggestions on which parts to upgrade, and how to prevent the system from needing a reboot in the future. He was very knowledgeable about the system and was not pushy about the higher quality products they sell, just explained what they have and why they would function better. I was very happy with my service today and will no doubt go to this company in the future for garage door issues. Thank you Johnny! more

Technician repaired our 25+ year old garage door and it's like a new door now. Not only was he punctual, he was friendly, courteous, and very professional. I have highly recommended this company and technician in particular to other friends. more

i really love this company 8/16/2014

The way business should be done. My garage door broke Friday morning. Byron came by Saturday afternoon. Replaced the spring. performed all maintenance and even readjusted it so that it runs quieter and smoother than it ever has in the ten years I've owned my home. I don't usually write reviews but the work was above and beyond and the price very reasonable. The best experience with repairs I've had in my town. more

I learned a lot 8/11/2014

Our spring broke, so we had it replaced along with new rollers and cables. However the old door began popping after these repairs. Ronnie came by the same day we called him and said we needed a new door and he gave us a full credit for the prior work toward the new door. David installed the new door the next day. He was very friendly even as I watched him work to learn how the pros install doors. He was nice to return two days later, on short notice, to install the weather stripping after I painted the trim around the new door. Their customer service is excellent and their products are top quality. more

Your technician couldn't have been nicer! He was so patient with my "dumb" questions about getting a new garage door and all the different options. I will definitely recommend your company to my friends, and won't hesitate to call you again. more
