Myles came out promptly and fixed my garage door. The next day the spring broke which was unrelated to the prior fix but he again came out promptly and fixed that free of charge. The next week a pest control expert noted there was an indentation at the top of the garage plus a crack at the bottom where the rubber seal at the bottom had shrunk over time which might let rodents in. Myles offer to offset the cost of the repair against a new garage door. He came out promptly again and did an excellent job installing a new garage door at a great price. He put extra rubber/seal at the bottom to allow for future shrinkage. The pest man saw his work and was impressed. My new garage door is insulated and works great keeping out the heat. We also installed cheap windows at the top to let in light. I am very pleased with the workmanship and price we paid. I highly recommend them. more

I rarely write reviews, but I had such a good experience that I had to get the word out about Darryl and the quality and efficiency of the service he delivers. The man is an expert and a gentleman. He shows up as promised and his prices are very reasonable. He advised me to lubricate the main springs with a silicone lubricant once a month or so... then proceeded to give me a can with some lubricant in it to use till I can get around to buying a new one. Who does things like this these days? Only Darryl. Make sure you ask him to leave a magnet with his contact information on your garage door. You will not find a better garage door repair experience. I have nothing but good things to say. more

Excellent work, Eli was willing to send someone out the same day in the evening, because I couldn't get my car out of the garage. I told him I could wait until the next day. The tech arrived on time the next day (a Saturday, with no extra charge) took a look at our problem and gave his recommendations with total price. I took his advice and in an hour the work was done at a reasonable price. more

One of our door openers quit working...stripped gear...and I called this garage door company (largely because of the great yelps)...SO happy I did! After speaking to John on the phone (he not only correctly diagnosed the problem but told me exactly what it would cost to fix it), I scheduled the repair. It was Steven who came out, and not only did he fix the broken opener, he checked the springs, chains, screws, bolts and adjustment on BOTH of our doors and did not ask for a penny more than the original quote. (I did tip him for the extra work, but probably not enough...) His work was excellent...friendly, polite, professional, efficient and neat...and honest! He apologized when he was interrupted with new service calls, but after seeing how well he does his job and cares for his customers, it's no wonder he's busy. If you need someone for garage door or opener service, you won't find anyone better than this garage door company..they do things right, and their prices and service cannot be beat!
