I called at noon on Friday; they were at my house at 10:00 on Saturday. Bill the service tech did not try to over-sell the job, but did what needed to be done quickly and well. I was very happy with my experience with this garage door company from start to finish. They were professional and I felt comfortable having them working at my house. You can't always say that for people in the building industry anymore. Their work was very detailed and well-done. When they were finished and demonstrating my new doors to me the doors seemed fine but tech saw or heard something and adjusted the door again before accepting that it was done. He provided great guidance along with service the way it used to be in this country. After reading the Google and the internet reviews I decided to go with this garage door company I found the person who answered the phone to be both courteous and professional. When John was on his way (looks like Steven is expanding), he called me well in advance, which was really nice. Fixed my broken spring and bent rails. He even talked me into going with a lower priced option (one spring as opposed to two). He also gave me some awesome maintenance tips on how to keep the springs going and more advice than I asked for (but was happy to have) on the overall state of the garage door system including the motor, etc. The price was fair--I know I could have paid less for JUST a spring repair, but I'm really happy to keep passionate professionals in business and not risk being delayed again by a bum garage door. Super nice and friendly all around, this garage door company is a no-brainer! more

One of our door openers quit working...stripped gear...and I called this garage door company (largely because of the great yelps)...SO happy I did! After speaking to John on the phone (he not only correctly diagnosed the problem but told me exactly what it would cost to fix it), I scheduled the repair. It was Steven who came out, and not only did he fix the broken opener, he checked the springs, chains, screws, bolts and adjustment on BOTH of our doors and did not ask for a penny more than the original quote. (I did tip him for the extra work, but probably not enough...) His work was excellent...friendly, polite, professional, efficient and neat...and honest! He apologized when he was interrupted with new service calls, but after seeing how well he does his job and cares for his customers, it's no wonder he's busy. If you need someone for garage door or opener service, you won't find anyone better than this garage door company..they do things right, and their prices and service cannot be beat! more
