I signed up for the internet just to write this review. Our garage door was binding up and not closing. It took me a while to figure out what it was binding on, but it seemed like it was ultimately caused by the door being too heavy and causing the track to flex, so it needed torsion spring adjustment. I looked at several my town-based garage door repair websites and was turned off by the fear-based sales pitches (your garage door is a death trap waiting for your children to wander by). I found this garage door repair company and came here to see if anyone had any bad things too say... nope. I called Steven and he said he would be there in an hour and a half, and he was. He adjusted the spring tension, screws, trolley arm, and opener travel limits efficiently and clearly with great experience. The door worked perfectly. Very reasonable price, very professional. He is now our go-to guy for garage doors. more

I don't give five stars lightly, but these guys have wowed me twice. They repaired our garage door several years ago promptly and for a reasonable price. The door is old and gets a lot of usage because we are in an out several times a day, and our son enters through the garage with a key-code every day after school. On Sunday night we discovered a broken spring that prevented the door from functioning properly. Because of the excellent service that we received before, I called on Monday shortly after 8 a.m. and was told that they would have someone out before 10 a.m. Within two hours of my call, the door was fully repaired for the price quoted on the phone. That is incredible service for a Monday morning. The only thing that I thought was odd was that they wanted to charge more for accepting a credit card, but the fact that they take personal checks is not necessarily a bad thing. Thanks again for proving that the art of customer service hasn't been completely lost! more

My mom backed into her garage door this morning so I called and was told someone would come out in an hour or two. Dave showed up and did the repair and just left. Exactly one hour after I called! I had first called another company to get an estimate and they quoted me four times what I ended up paying with this company’s plus the earliest they would be able to come out was in 3 days. Highly satisfied!!!!!!!!!!!! more

Just when you think there aren't any good people left in the world Steven this garage door company comes into your life. He responded to my call and was at my house within a couple of hours. He had my door fixed and working better than it has in years. I was stressing out because I thought it was going to cost me hundreds of dollars which I didn't have at the time, but the cost was next to nothing. I'm in the construction business and I see people getting ripped off all the time. These business owners that are so horrible to their customers need to take a lesson from Steven and learn how a business should be run. I am going to pass out his information to all of my contractors and tell them that they are crazy if they use anyone else. Steven, you have made a customer and a friend for life. I called this company garage door service on a Saturday morning. We have a plumbing business not too long way and we hit the rollup door with our forklift. It came off the hinges and it also bent the section of steel door. We couldn’t get it fixed ourselves so we called around and ended up having this company door come out. They sent David out to fix it. He was very experienced. He was able to hammer out the kink in the section of steel. This saved us some money. He replaced some hardware and had it back in good working condition in less than one hour. He did not even charge us for the parts! I will definitely use them again and will recommend them! I have used 2 other companies prior to this garage door company and never realized how much they had been cheating me of my money. Not only did they over charge me but they did not fix my garage door properly which was the reason that I had to keep calling them to fix it. After their technicians touched my garage door it has not messed up and it has been about 3 months which is record breaking from the last time. If I were you I would listen to my advice and choose this amazing company. more

A number of things broke on my +10yr old garage door at 2:00pm today. My car was essentially locked in the garage. This garage door company was there at 2:30pm. They diagnosed a pile of problems, fixed them and were done by 4:30pm. more
