my husband did a great job in finding this company 8/26/2014

My husband called them this morning and our garage door was fixed before noon. Now that's service! John was super nice and informative. On top of that, the total cost of repair was the same price as just having someone from the garage door company come out and take a look. Boo to you evil garage door company We found someone better. Thanks the internet for pointing us to this company :) more

i didn't know what to do with a partially open door 8/23/2014

Returned from vacation on Sunday and the garage door would only partially open. After some looking around, I noticed that the torsion spring was broken. A quick check of the internet and I see rave reviews for this garage door repair company. A call on Monday morning and Steven answered and set up an appointment on the same day for 1pm. When I returned home from work, the torsion spring was fixed, the door was adjusted and even the other working garage door was adjusted without even asking. I now have two quiet functioning garage doors. Great Service. Thanks Steven, thanks the internet users for the recommendations more

I don't usually complete these kinds of surveys, but I appreciated the service I received from this company so much that I'd like to wholeheartedly pass along my recommendation. They were able to send technician, their tech, out the day I called and he was not only professional, really helpful in explaining what he recommended and what I could do in the future to troubleshoot problems with my doors, but he was also very personable and simply a nice person to do business with --- a good representative for his company. I would definitely use this company in the future and can recommend them without reservation. more

the overall service was wonderful 8/9/2014

From the phone call till the repair person came service was wonderful. The woman whom answered the phone was very friendly and pleasant and you got the feeling she really cared. She had someone come as soon as she could. Noel, the tech that came to the house was also very friendly, knowledgeable, and he did give you the feeling that he loved his job and you didn't feel like you didn't know anything since my repair was something very minor. This is the second time we had this service and I would tell anyone to contact this service. Thanks to everyone we had contact with. I keep the phone number on the inside of my garage. more

great work! 6/18/2014

Whoa--Steven drove up from my town to do what was a fairly minor repair on my garage door. Showed up exactly when he said he would, didn't charge extra for mileage, didn't whine about it. Was HAPPY to be helping me out. Charged a pittance, did more than I asked for, did a beautiful job fixing the problem, and I am thrilled. I will NEVER call anybody else again to fix my garage door. I'm just so sorry I didn't find him till now. more
