I found this company on line and liked the reviews and also liked the location , because it's near to my home....David Sherman was FABULOUS!!!!!! 5 Stars.!!!!!! He came when he told us he would, put a new door in and a new opener and was very neat and professional. I'm not too good with technology, but with Johns help he showed me all the instructions and made it easy for me to understand....Give David a HUGE raise ! I will recommend this company and especially John....Thanks so much more

We were supposed to go out Saturday night but our garage door was good and stuck. The real problem was that I had a plane to catch the next morning and both cars were in the garage. I called at approximately 5:30, and the person who answered said that someone would come between 9:00 and 11:00. Johnny arrived at 8:30. He was friendly and courteous, and went right to work. He explained what he was doing in a clear way, and offered reassurance about the repair. He represents your company very well and we were glad to have our door running better than before within a couple of hours. more

I hit the garage door opener and heard a pop. Spring broke and spring and pulley were hanging down. Called this company as I had to get to work and couldn't close the garage door. At first they couldn't come until around 4:00 but when I explained the difficulty of my situation I received a call back ten minutes later that technicians would be on site within an hour. The technicians arrived on time and gave me the quick fix option and the preventive maintenance option (garage door was installed in 1993 and first time there was an issue). I opted for the preventive maintenance and they were in and out within an hour. Door working perfectly and has additional safety features now. Left the area without a trace that they were ever there....neat and clean. Recommend highly! more

Very pleased! Excellent service at a very fair price. The cable was broken on one of our garage doors and after reading all of the positive reviews I called this garage door company I would suggest you send Reese an email on his site as the response was immediate. He arrived when he said he would and replaced the cables and adjusted the tension and serviced and checked and lubricated both doors. They haven't worked so well in years!! We will definitely be calling Reese when we replace our doors in the future. He was very knowledgeable and personable and a pleasure to do business with. more
