Johnny from this company came out today to check my garage door system, as one of the doors was not responding to the open/close button. He rebooted the opener at no cost, gave me suggestions on which parts to upgrade, and how to prevent the system from needing a reboot in the future. He was very knowledgeable about the system and was not pushy about the higher quality products they sell, just explained what they have and why they would function better. I was very happy with my service today and will no doubt go to this company in the future for garage door issues. Thank you Johnny! more

Of course, the time for the garage door torsion spring to break is when I'm out of town! Well, the wife got a free day off from work since her car was trapped in the garage. When I got home, I managed to free both cars and started the process of looking for someone local and reliable to fix the door spring. By looking through the yellow pages, I found this company 4 page ad that you couldn't miss. One phone call and I was set for the next day when I was off anyway. Sean arrived and completely overhauled my overhead double wide door in one hour. He was quick, efficient, and explained his steps while I watched in amazement! I chose the overhaul package due to the age of the door itself. After reading the Google and the internet reviews I decided to go with this garage door company I found the person who answered the phone to be both courteous and professional. When John was on his way (looks like Steven is expanding), he called me well in advance, which was really nice. Fixed my broken spring and bent rails. He even talked me into going with a lower priced option (one spring as opposed to two). He also gave me some awesome maintenance tips on how to keep the springs going and more advice than I asked for (but was happy to have) on the overall state of the garage door system including the motor, etc. The price was fair--I know I could have paid less for JUST a spring repair, but I'm really happy to keep passionate professionals in business and not risk being delayed again by a bum garage door. Super nice and friendly all around, this garage door company is a no-brainer! more

I ordered a spring from the garage door company that I needed to have replaced. I thought I could do it myself. Turns out, yeah that wasn’t the case.
