I was extremely pleased with the job done to repair my garage door. I called in the morning , and a service adviser booked an appt for me the very same morning. Johnny the technician was thorough and quick. What was really great was that everything that I needed was right there in the truck and was installed in my garage in just minutes. That never happens anymore. I'm so used to a diagnostic call and then another appt gets set up to do whatever fixing is necessary. I was very pleased with the courteousness of Johnny as well. When we moved into our new house last year, the garage door was noisy and squealing and didn't work half the time. You'd press and press and press the button on the remote and after a dozen tries, suddenly the door would open. We thought the remote was dying. Well, Sean figured out what the real problem was. The remote antenna on the unit had been stuck inside the unit and was only getting intermittent signal from the remote. He also lubed up the hinges and put a special low temperature lube on the rail. The door is much quieter now. I was impressed with his expertise but even more impressed with his ethics. Before he found the covered antenna, he thought we were going to need a new unit with a new remote for around a hundred bucks and we'd already said that was fine. But he was too ethical to keep quiet and let us spend the money once he found the real problem. Also he spent time showing me how to maintain the door in best condition myself. I appreciated that. But hell, with guys as good, I'd rather just call them. more

I hit the garage door opener and heard a pop. Spring broke and spring and pulley were hanging down. Called this company as I had to get to work and couldn't close the garage door. At first they couldn't come until around 4:00 but when I explained the difficulty of my situation I received a call back ten minutes later that technicians would be on site within an hour. The technicians arrived on time and gave me the quick fix option and the preventive maintenance option (garage door was installed in 1993 and first time there was an issue). I opted for the preventive maintenance and they were in and out within an hour. Door working perfectly and has additional safety features now. Left the area without a trace that they were ever there....neat and clean. Recommend highly! more
