Cassidy was as prompt, polite, knowledgeable, and fair as the other reviews state. What a pleasant surprise - great service in this day and age. We had a broken spring and a second door that worked, but could not sync with the remote. He replaced the spring, tuned up both doors (they've never been quieter) then tackled the issue with the other door remote. The switch on the drive unit that you use to set the remote was broken on the circuit board. . . long story short, he had a similar board on his truck and we ended up breaking out the soldering iron, removing the bad switch and swapped in one from his board, put it all back together and it worked perfectly. N/C for that extended part of the service call, by the way. Awesome effort that went above and beyond, we were impressed. This is the guy to call. more

We have used this company in the past for repair work and have been very pleased and today is no exception. I called this morning at 8:00 AM and someone was repairing our garage door by 10:30 AM. Johnny completed the job in no time at all. And, fortunately for me, Johnny was not scared off by a very enthusiastic lab who thought she had a new playmate at the door. I liked the confirmation email with the technician's name and a picture. Additionally, it was fun to learn a little bit about his hobbies. I highly recommend this company. more
