Garage Door Rpair El Monte

When I first called this garage door repair company, I had a situation they described as "Unlike anything we've ever had to deal with." I had a terrier attack the base of the garage door, and ride up with it until all four paws were off the ground. Eventually, the metal base of the garage door started to pull away from the door itself due to the weight of the dog and the dog slid off. Unlike the dog, the metal did not eventually return to its previous state. I called this garage door company and Steven came out and he was awesome. I was running late and called him to apologize, and he couldn't have been nicer about it. Not only that, but he fixed the door for less than had been estimated (which was pretty good to begin with), AND did some other little touch-ups. I am a very busy person, and this is only the second review I've given in 3 years on the internet, but these folks live up to the hype and I want to make sure they continue to get business. I had a great experience with this garage door company. We had a pretty severe accident with the garage door during the opening process, that is for another post. Steven was helpful in repairing our damaged garage but also gave me tips on how to maintain it. Steven got the job done quick and charged me a great price. I called a lot of places to get my garage door repaired (it wouldn't close all of a sudden), and the first few places I called wouldn't be able to come out for a week. I finally found Steven online and he was able to come out that day after his normal work hours (I think because I was in such a panic about getting the door to close that night!). The repair was fast and he was very professional. I would recommend him! more
