The previous owners of our house did some spotty DIY. One day the garage door stopped working. It turns out the previous owners, besides placing the laser eyes on the ceiling, didn't put any springs in when they installed the garage door. Steven showed up the day after I called him, exactly on time. He installed springs, added a support bar that straightened out a dent in the garage door, and greased everything up. All of this took about half an hour. Afterwards, he charged me exactly what he estimated, gave me some advice about how to maintain the door, and offered to come back and place the laser eyes in the correct spot for free if we ever did the necessary remodeling. I've never had a repair person exceed my expectations so thoroughly. more

Most of all he had a good sense of customer service and was obviously willing to go an extra mile to satisfy the customer. He seemed to like what he does and the enthusiasm showed. I was referred to your company by my Son-in-Law, Dannie. I was informed by Ben when he got here that your company doesn't work on Overhead Garage Door Openers, however, he thought he would be able to fix it since he wouldn't need any parts. He was very kind and courteous; however, the door opener has broken again. I guess I will have to go to the expense of having the Overhead Garage Door people come out and fix it after all. more
